During his more than 8 years in Sr. leadership roles, Julian has leveraged his abilities in large and small organizations to generate hundreds of millions in sales revenue and customer value.
Since founding Momentum Consulting in 2019 Julian has helped clients transform their perceived value into tangible results. By leveraging his understanding of finance, operational execution, and consumer insights he has been able to implement strategies to improve customer acquisition process, operating fundamentals, and standard operating procedure generation at scale. His methods are inviting for business owners with varying degrees of experience and deployed in a manner that addresses specific business needs focused on the delivery of the clients brand promises.
As a father, Julian understands the value of building legacy and the importance of creating wealth engines for those who will come after him. Utilizing the lessons from those who have come before him strengthened his appreciation for the many leaders he has had in his life.
